Boutique Return Policy
We Love our customers and want your online shopping experience to ROCK! We hope every item you buy becomes a wardrobe favorite but if not, we are here to make the return process as easy as possible. - Items must be returned within 14 days of shipping and all items are only eligible for store credit issued in the form of a Promo Code.
- Returned items must remain unwashed and unworn, with store tags still attached with return form included. Click here to print a return form (PDF). If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, smells of smoke, deodorant or perfume or has animal hair on it, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside a protective shipping safe box/bag to be eligible. If there is any damage to the shoe’s, your return will not be accepted.
- Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return
- Anything purchased on Clearance is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return
- Non-Returnable items include – Final Sale/Clearance items, Jewelry, Intimates, Bralettes, Tanks, Camisoles and Socks.
- Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise.
Items not meeting the above guidelines will be returned to you at your expense. After 30 days all no- returnable merchandise will be donated.
Returns are processed within 5-7 days of receiving them. We will send a confirmation email when your store credit is available. For additional information on returns, or if you have a question that wasn’t answered please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
